Impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on
DynAmp associates, operations and customers

UPDATE 1 MAY 2020
We are pleased to announce that our government has relaxed some working rules which allows DynAmp to start increasing business activities.

- Quotation/Offer, Sales and Technicial Support continue to operate at full capacity
- Manufacturing is now operating at approximately 50% of normal. to better handle timely delivery of orders
- Factory service is also operating at at least 50% of normal ( like our manufacturing )
- Field service is variable due to a wide variety of rules at sites and regarding travel

UPDATE 2 APRIL 2020
Today, the government has extended the 'stay-at-home' order for 4 more weeks, through 1 May.
Therefore, our factory remains generally closed with the following notes about what work we are doing.

COMMUNICATIONS
The DynAmp 'front office' staff is working-at-home and fully functional regarding DynAmp e-mail etc.
Regarding office telephones, these are generally not answered, Please use e-mail first.
If you must contact us by telephone, leave a voice-mail but understand we may not answer for up to 1 day later.

EXISTING PURCHASE ORDERS FOR EQUIPMENT AND FACTORY SERVICE
Although our factory remains closed, we are completing most customer orders that are scheduled for shipment through the end of April. We plan to be able to ship these orders on schedule.

SHIPPING & RECEIVING
Our shipping and receiving dock is not attended for all business hours. If you are shipping something to us, please be sure to notify us accordingly and provide courier/transit tracking and contact information so we can organize proper receipt of your shipment. Again, please contact your normal DynAmp contacts or mailto:help@dynamp.com

FIELD SERVICE NEEDS
DynAmp will try to respond to customer field service if one of our technicians can legally and safely travel to and back from your site. We have service technicians in the USA, Norway, France, India and Japan. There are different restrictions in each of those locations so if one of them can not travel to your site, we will try and have a different one travel to your site.

NEW INQUIRIES AND PURCHASE ORDERS
With our front office working at home, we are ready to support as normal.
Please understand that the lead time to deliver new equipment is extended and may vary as the global situation continues to change.

UPDATE 22 MARCH 2020
Today, the state of Ohio issued a government order that all people must stay at home and that all 'non-essential' businesses must close their offices/factorys by end of day Monday 23 March. This means that DynAmp must close our factory after Monday 23 March and remained closed until at least 6 April. You should know that we could even be required to stay closed longer than 6 April.
Tomorrow, Monday 23 March USA time, our staff will be in the factory as normal to organize as many orders as possible to shipment. We hope that many can be organized so that if any additoinal work is needed, it can be done by having only 1 person in the building at a time.
Of course we are organizing staff to work from home when possible. However, since we are a manufacturing company, we are not sure what will be possible after just a few weeks.
We will continue to update this page as the situation develops.


STATEMENT 6 MARCH 2020
The health and safety of our employees, suppliers and customers is always top priority.
With that in mind, DynAmp will comply with all USA government requirements applicable to our factory and offices in Grove City, Ohio, USA. At the present time, we are not affected by any such restrictions and do not know of any in the near future.
DynAmp is currently fully operational receiving incoming shipments from suppliers and making outgoing shipments to customers.
However, be aware that we cannot anticipate all possible restrictions concerning material from our suppliers, the availability of material transportation to and from our factory or at the end destination. As you can imagine, decisions made by other governments, vendors and customers may cause some delays in the supply chain.
